Difficulties in Transition from Recycled Rubber In
With the sustainable development of China's rubber industry, the production and application of recycled rubber has become a new force in the comprehensive utilization of waste rubber, accounting for more than 80%. With the rapid development of recycled rubber industry, on the one hand, the problem of waste rubber recycling has been solved, on the other hand, the serious shortage of domestic rubber resources has been alleviated. But for a long time, coal tar has been widely used as regeneration softener because of its low cost, high efficiency of wetting and high strength of regenerated rubber. However, the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in its mixture and hydrogen sulfide produced by pyrolysis have become the main pollution source in the industry.
